The torque anchor is used to absorb the reactive torque caused by the friction between the rotor and stator of the progressive cavity pump and prevents the tubing from unscrewing. The torque anchor is installed below the progressive cavity pump. Neptun manufactures a wide range of single and double torque anchor sizes.
